I don’t know why I bother with TBRs when I very well change them half the time, lol. I’m pretty much doing a horrible job with my current challenges at the moment. My Goodreads goal is flying by at least! But sigh. TBRs are the worst.

Top Ten Books On My TBR For Summer 2015

Divergent by Veronica Roth – I keep telling myself I’ll read this trilogy every year. I don’t know if I’ll ever actually get to it, though, lol.

Nightingale by Melissa Mickelsen – My trip will have many hours of airplane time, so time to crack open my ebooks!

Days of Blood & Starlight by Laini Taylor – I should totally read the first book again, because I’m headed to Prague, and yes. PRAGUE!

Fire Study by Maria V. Snyder – Just found out there’s another book coming out after this one, so I really need to catch up here.

Eolyn by Karin Rita Gastreich – Another ebook I’m looking forward to reading on my flight!

Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas – This one would be a reread. I have the first three books so far, so want to read them before the next book comes out (hah, wishful thinking as usual).

The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss – Really trying to get through this, but I’m not sure I’m in the mood for it at the moment.

Steelheart by Brandon Sanderson – Really need to get back on the Sanderson wagon again. Soon.

Spelled by Betsy Schow – This is my current read, so I’ll likely have this done within the week and I’ll at least have polished off one book off this list!

Emperor Wu Zhao and Her Pantheon of Devis, Divinities, and Dynastic Mothers by Norman H. Rothschild – Because I really do need to read something outside of my comfort zone once in a while. Plus, the title just sounds cool.

  2. ‘Change them half the time’ = Story of my life, ha. I still need to read Heir of Fire before the next one comes out. I also have to be an epic fantasy headspace before I tackle The Name of the Wind but I do want to read those books at some point..

    1. Yeah, I don’t think I’m quite ready for epic fantasy at the moment. Or maybe it’s because epic fantasies are usually dry for me the first hundred pages in. In any case, I hope things pick up with The Name of the Wind.
