Stacking the Shelves: No. 6

I have been curtailing my book buying all summer because yeah, my stacks of unshelved books at home are getting ridiculous. But of course, this doesn’t seem to mean I’ll stop requesting advanced reader copies, because what are the chances I get sent physical ARCs anyway?

Yeah, should have kept my mouth shut. I managed to get three ARCs mailed to me within the same week. Talk about an overwhelming amount of books to read and review.

Stacking the Shelves

We are all book lovers and the need to share our enthusiasm is sometimes overwhelming. Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

If you’re anything like me, you are probably hoarding books and even though you are excited about your latest book arrival, it might be a while before you get to review it and Stacking The Shelves is a good way to express your undying enthusiasm for those titles!

  1. Ooo I will be interested to know what you thought of The Girl In The Well – I love J-horror and it seems this is a twist on it?

    1. I believe it is! J-horror is super-terrifying, so I just need to make sure I’m not reading this book in the dead of night. Oh, who am I kidding, that’s usually the time when I read most books…
