TTT: Wishlist 2016

Dear Santa, can we ignore the fact that I’m already drowning in my unread books this year and that my 25 Reads project completely failed yet again? Because despite all of that, I’ve been pretty awesome this year, and I’ve read and read, and it’s only partly my fault that I keep adding more books to my TBR (and that it’s largely authors and publishers who are at fault for distributing such wordy awesomeness to begin with). What I’m trying to say, Santa, is I totally wouldn’t mind if any of these books make their way into my tree. Thanks, old sport, you’re the bestest.

Top Ten Books I Wouldn’t Mind Santa Leaving Under My Tree

A Crown for Cold Silver by Alex Marshall || Rebel of the Sands by Alwyn Hamilton || The Black Prism by Brent Weeks

Asylum by Madeleine Roux || The Jewel of the Thames by Angela Misri || Maplecroft by Cherie Priest || Geist by Philippa Ballantine

A Tyranny of Petticoats by Jessica Spotswood || The Martian by Andy Weir || A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro

What’s on your wishlist this year?

    1. Seriously, I do this with a lot of books, and there really is no reason to. Glad you’re loving The Martian! I’ve heard it has more of the humor from the movie, and considering I loved the movie, I’m hoping to love the book as well!

      1. Yeah the main character is super funny, he’s on Mars, doesn’t know what the hell is gonna happen to him, but still he speaks in a funny way. Crazy right?!!

  1. I’ve thought about adding Rebel of the Sands to my wishlist too, especially since it has a gorgeous cover. It’s funny that we all have huge TBR piles but when we’re asked what we want for Christmas, it’s to get even more books! šŸ˜€
