Whee! School is out and hellooooo, summertime!

Not to say that I won’t be busy. Far from it. Why, just today I’m probably still packing–or making sure I’ve packed–for my two-week trip to Morocco. I mean, seriously…do I take books? My Kindle? But won’t I need Days of Blood and Starlight as a reference guide to all Moroccan things? No, really, I’m not even joking. I live vicariously through my books for a majority of the year that my travel abroad is inspired by reading. Ugh. Choices.

Anyway, I’ll leave you to look at the favorite books I’ve enjoyed this year so far.

Again, this is just a little toe in the water, so to speak. Everything can very well change by the end of the year. Maybe except where Schwab and Briggs are involved…*cough*
