Rivals and Revolutions || Our Violent Ends Review

Initial Thoughts This book had me wound up so tight with anxiety that I was practically ready to explode after every. Frigging. Plot twist. As sequels went, this one took me on a tailspin all the way to its ending, and IT HURTS SO GOOD. I had reread Romeo and Juliet after finishing These Violent [...]

Mini Reviews: Speak Easy, Out of My Mind

With mid-winter break this week, I've been catching up on my reading, which means getting books read and done to review! Mari

Mari-with-an-I prefers her fantasies drenched in oil and fried up in faerie, but when that’s not the case, she’ll read it anyway. She likes writing what she reads, and likes baking while she writes. She’s written a few things for anthologies, including an anthology that got translated into Czech (I know, right?! Eeeeee!), and if you haven’t read them yet, she urges you to do so! Who knows, there might be a few cookies waiting for you at the end of the read.

…Or not. (Blast her pet steampoctopus for eating them all!)
