More reviews! These were audiobooks I had handy last week that I ended up finishing within a few days of each other. It’s what happens when I’m cleaning the house? I’ll probably be ripping through audiobooks once I start organizing my bookshelves this week as well.
Anyway, at this point, I’ve read the graphic novel and listened to the unabridged audiobook of The Kite Runner. I knew what to expect, but it really didn’t make the content any less depressing. If anything, I was still in tears by the end of it.
I watched Blackkklansman by Spike Lee with very little knowledge of what to expect in the movie. All I knew was that I was surprisingly engaged, and my general opinion of Adam Silvera (ugh booohisss Kylo Ren) went way up after this movie.
Now I kind of want to watch the movie again XD.
